I have been a student of Absolute Yoga for many years and have also had the pleasure of participating in their Yoga Teacher Training. Being both a student and teacher trainee truly transformed and enriched my life. I have met many wonderful people there and have made many beautiful memories. The yoga teachers are kind and compassionate. The staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Leslie, the owner, is lovely and truly cares about her students. She is very supportive and uplifting. Throughout the training, I learned about not only yoga poses, but the history of yoga and so much about myself as well. After graduation, I continued to study at Absolute, getting certified in chair yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga for kids. I have been teaching yoga since my graduation and I continue to enrich my own yoga practice with weekly classes at Absolute.
May 13, 2024 · lisa funkI have been practicing yoga for almost 30 years now. I started practicing at Absloute almost 10 years ago and haven’t left. It’s like home! As a physical therapist I loved the varied styles of yoga from restorative to Ashtanga and the inclusiveness for students with limitations ( chair yoga, yoga for MS, prenatal yoga). I eventually found the time to complete my teacher training there. It has deepened my personal practice and has helped me incorporate it into my physical therapy practice. I highly recommend trying some classes there, I have even sent some of my own patients who have been pleased. And if interested they are starting there teacher training program up again so go get more info!!!
