Over time, the effects of poor posture can compound, creating chronic pain that becomes harder to manage without intervention.

For me, poor posture led to consistent lower back pain and tightness in my shoulders. Sitting at my desk for hours, my body had gradually adapted to a slouched, forward-head position, which created tension in my muscles and threw off my spinal alignment. It wasn’t until I started incorporating yoga into my routine that I began to address these issues and improve my posture.
