Yoga for Improving Body Awareness
Yoga has long been praised for its physical benefits, but its positive impact on mental clarity and body awareness is equally profound. As someone who has practiced yoga for several years, I’ve found that yoga isn't just a great way to build strength and flexibility but also a path to deeper self-awareness. Through different poses and breathing techniques, yoga helps us tune into our body, increasing awareness of our movements, posture, and overall physical state.
